How’s the Market Doing?

 

 

Scenario … You have just met a new lead.  You want to add them to your database.

 

Your prospect asks --> "How’s the market doing? "

 

Overall the market is improving.

But do you really mean “How’s the market in my neighborhood?”

 

Yeah. I guess that’s what I mean.

 

Well, then,  would you be interested in knowing specifically how much homes are selling for in your neighborhood and how long they are taking to sell?

 

Yes.  I would!

 

Great!
