         Implemented business operation systems and procedures which propelled the CC Sells Team in Ashburn, VA to the No. 1 and No. 2 positions, nationwide, for that franchise in 2001, 2002, and 2003

         As owner of PRISM CONSULTANTS, Jim consults with real estate agents, teams and brokerages throughout the United States.  He has successfully assisted many teams grow to upwards of 300 to 400 annual transactions.

 

         As Operations Partner for the Knowles Team at Keller Williams Realty, Jim handles the Team's short sale transactions.  He is also responsible for lead generation activities and for the back-office systems.  As a recovering CPA, Jim is the Team's number cruncher.
